Our doctor will ensure you’re receiving adequate treatment for your injuries acquired by your Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) or through Workers Compensation (WC). You are responsible for making a claim, and the insurers are responsible for accepting (or not accepting) the claim. The GP plays a pivotal role in your recovery and return to work, regardless of whether you are covered by insurance, however this would come as an out-of-pocket cost which can be claimed back only if / once your claim is accepted. You will be responsible for applying for this reimbursement of funds through your insurer by providing them with your tax invoices supplied by us. For more information on our fees for this service, please scroll to the tables below.

We are a mixed billing clinic, which means some patients will be bulk billed, while others will pay a gap fee.
We bulk bill:
All other patients will incur a gap fee.

Patients with a valid concession card or those under 16 will continue to be bulk billed.
Patients who do not fit this criteria will be privately billed.
To avoid a “Did Not Attend” (DNA) charge, please cancel any unwanted appointments at least 4 hours in advance. A charge will apply for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 4 hours’ notice.

As a new GP Clinic we endeavour to run on time. As a patient, you can assist us in this by arriving 10 minutes early for your appointment, and by booking an appropriate consult duration. A standard consult usually involves one main concern or two smaller concerns. For two-three concerns, a long consultation should be booked. For mental health related consults, a long consult is usually appropriate. If you are running late you may need to rebook your consult. Please speak to our friendly reception staff if you are unsure.
For more details on pricing, please contact our reception team.
We offer telehealth appointments for existing patients only. Medicare rebates apply to eligible telehealth services.
We do not provide after-hours care directly but have partnered with Dial-a-Doctor to ensure you can access care round-the-clock if you need it.
